Our Pro’s Combo I (788-641) is the ideal kit for the demanding pre-hospital professional or medical student. It combines our best-selling palm aneroid and our Sprague 641 stethoscope. The traditional Adcuff model features a two-piece cuff and bladder:
- Durable 210 denier nylon construction
- Integral flap that secures bladder and prevents bulging
- ADC’s proprietary Size Guide marking system prevents mis-cuffing
- Longer limb ranges for improved patient coverage
- Gauge hang tab (on most sizes), bladder flap, and “property of” tag
- Hook-and-loop adhesive rated to a minimum of 30,000 open/close cycles
- Three-year warranty on cuff
The 788-641 also features:
- A color-coordinated Sprague 641 stethoscope
- Revolutionary palm-style manometer with integral bulb

Multiple Warranties
Warranty extends to the original retail purchaser, commences with date of delivery. Sphygmomanometer components are warranted for a period of three years. Adscope is warranted for a period of five years.
