At ADC, we believe that listening to our customers is one of the most important ways we can continue to grow and improve. That’s why we conduct an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, reaching out to a representative mix of up to 300 customers across our entire customer base: large, mid-size, and small, national, regional, and export. By sending the survey both physically and electronically, we aim to gather honest, helpful feedback from as many voices as possible.
This year, we were thrilled to receive responses from approximately 5% to 10% of our customer base. It was a strong return rate that gave us valuable insights into what we’re doing well and where we can continue to improve.
